September Eleventh 2001 - (The 2004 Open Edition)*

"I began painting several months after September Eleventh in the wake of the events of that tragic day. The 3,047 Series commemorates the lives that were lost, with one flower for each victim. I hope that my paintings do justice, in some small way, to both honor and memorialize the spirit of those who are no longer with us."
